most likely visa screen
i wanted to transfer my NCLEX from california to New Jersey
can anyone here send the link, where i can see the requirements needed. THanks
I just reviewed your posts.
If you still haven't done your english test, you don't have visa screen, right? They won't be able to process your papers without that one.
And I can only urge you to do research yourself and get information straight from the resource. It seems to me, that you still have no clue, that's very dangerous, since you might not know what your getting yourself into.
This board is great, but you need to get info on your own too.
well thanks 5cats!
yeah im realy confused and didnt know what to do. i cant PM you, im not allowed so i'll just post it here.Sorry about that coz im just new here and still learning about this processing of papers.
i was adviced that i should better transfer my NClex to another state since i dont have the capacity to have this SSN, and also because of the retrogression ongoing, and i think that is a smart idea rather than renewing the NCLEX yearly. so since i had this employer from NJ, thats where im thinking (and is still is not sure about it) im gonna transfer my NCLEX to prevent it to be void. Can you give idea if i should really transfer it to NJ? im afraid i might choose the wrong one. i wont regret!
yeah you're right he maybe looking for my VSC,, and i still dont have it now. i should be working on my ielts now:(

If you do not have your VSC yet then they, as far as I am aware, can not file H1b for you. Regarding your license links to state nursing boards can be found at the bottom of the page and you will need to apply and meet requirements for International trained and complete application process. You have no license to endorse so can't endorse it
Just noticed your other question and H1C is only accepted by 14 hospitals and there is one in NJ that has H1c status. Process timescale will I should image be about the same but you still need all paperwork before filing
OMG im so silly! i didnt know that i cant endorse my NCLEX coz i dont have the license i thought it was just that easy,, plus there is more international training i should be done before entering NJ, Oh my!
so why is that so, that i should transfer my NCLEX to NJ since ALL THAT I NEED IS THE SSN TO GET A LICENSE FROM CALI , SO NO NEED TO TRANSFER TO NJ IF IM NOT ALLOWED SINCE I DONT HAVE A LICENSE TO ENDORSE, ACTUALLY I JUST THOUGHT OF TRANSFERING IT TO PREVENT MY NCLEX TO BE VOID.. so sorry so silly!
ive become more confuse!! can anyone elaborate that on me!! Thanks and sorry im being soo demanding, but i just have to know all about it.
Even when endorsing a lot of states will still want you to meet their requirements for foreign trained nurse. I initially applied to NY and received my license from them but when I endorsed to AZ I still had to get CES done and meet their requirements.
You do need to protect your NCLEX results especially if you are not planning on applying for a work visa (H1b or H1c) as it could take longer than 3 years to get a immigrant visa.
What you do is apply to NJ with initial application and meet their requirements and arrange with Ca for a small fee to transfer your NCLEX results
http://www.state.nj.us/lps/ca/nursing/nurse_app.pdf is this the initial application you are saying? by the way my employer is offering me immigrant visa not the H1b,, i just post an idea about the H1b visa on my previous post.
thanks! so what u mean when u say that i cant endorse my NCLEX to NJ since i dont have a license yet??
ok thank you SILVERDRAGON!!! ive learned alot!
Moved to a thread on it's own as not really anything to do with H1b
This is what you need to read for International trained nurse
http://www.nj.gov/lps/ca/nursing/fornurse_app.pdf
To endorse a license you need a license to have been issued and Ca will not issue you a license without a SSN therefore you can't endorse.
For JY you also by the looks of it need English exam unless CES provides confirmation that your training was completed using English text books etc
