Application for NCLEX

Hi! i am fresh grad from the philippines. And I just want to ask if anyone here knows where i can get application for NCLEX in Vermont and New Mexico. Thanx a lot. PLs reply i really need your help. Take care!

Why pay CA when you still have to go through CVS. If you are not in the US and do not know when you are going then CVS makes better sense to start.

Does CVA has an expiration date or something,once it got approved?

CVS for NY does have an expiry date of I think 4-5 years but the best ones to answer this would be the BON
