does adding in choices on the maricopa application status thingamadoodle at all affect your spot in line? I've added a couple additional choices since I only had two schools picked before.
I've already been waiting since oct 2007

I don't believe it affects your spot in line. I had my app in Mar 2007 and changed my choices a couple of times. I got accepted this past February, so like they said about a 3-4 semester wait. Hopefully you will get in this upcoming Spring or better yet maybe a spot will open up within the next few months. Have you checked into Banners Program?

From what I understand that it doesn't affect your spot in line, but I have read a little disclaimer on that thingamagig that if you change them around too much, they are watching and keeping track of your changes. Just a warning! I wouldn't change them too too much.

i agree with you on that. i recently changed my choices and took rio out of the loop. i am so tired of taking online classes i am ready to be in a classroom with other nursing students. this was the first change i made, but i did get that feeling like make-up your mind already.:uhoh21:
Oh wow, I must be completely blind because I never saw that disclaimer!! Phew, thankfully I got in this semester!

Since not all program options are available each semester, you have to revise your choices each semester, if you want to make full use of them. Your selection modifications are monitored in order to prevent a student from changing their selections immediately around the "lottery" and complaining they didnt/should have gotten in.
