Applicants to Baylor

I applied for the FastBacc 2011 program and was wait-list in January. I just found out last Friday that I got in. So, about a month and 10 days before classes start...so THERE IS HOPE! don't give up! Good luck! :)

Has anyone been accepted into the FastBacc 2011 program that starts in May? I am looking for a roommate. I plan on living in the partnership housing if I find someone I know.

Does anyone know when the spring acceptance letters go out ? I just turned in all my stuff before the deadline, but hopefully we all make it.. Didn't do so well on my HESI as wanted but the Baylor advisor still urged me to still turn it in... so trying is better than not trying at all right ?

Sure, I had a 3.84 but I don't remember my HESI scores. It was probably around 9 months ago, and they never sent me my results... I think most of my scores were in the 90's, but I had a 71 or something on A&P 2, which I hadn't taken at the time. Bio might have been around 83. It wasn't too bad, and you have WAY more time than you think you do. Take your time.

Were suppose to be hearing back from them late June early July cause the committee meets in June, that's what the advisor said so I dunno... Hopefully we all get in somewhere

The advisor said it would be way less people applying than fall... and I just finished chemistry yesterday took my final and got an A for the semester I'm so glad it's over! Are you going to be a transfer or have you already been going to Baylor?

Congrats to all you guys! I was denied, but I'm not going to give up this is my first time applying to nursing school, so I'm going to try again... I didn't do all my pre-reqs with them since I was a transfer so hopefully if I take more classes and a better HESI score I can get in next year hopefully... Do you mind me asking you guys what was your GPA & HESI scores ?
