Anyone work at Beverly Hospital?

Published

I just accepted a position there and start on the 20th. I'll be working 3-11, 32 hours/week. I'm very excited!

Specializes in Pediatrics, ER.
I am glad its going good so far! I met the nurse manager the other day. I believe she is fairly new to J2

Thank you! Yes, she started at Beverly in March. I have been told she really helped boost the floor morale on certain shifts.

Specializes in LTC.

SarahBeth- How is orientation going?

Specializes in Pediatrics, ER.

Hi K, it's going great so far! Everyone is really nice and the educator for my floor is a sweetie. I have a former classmate who is in orientation with me and she's going to be on my floor, so that's helpful too. Let me know if you're heading down to J2 and say hello. :nuke:

Just wanted to give an update. I'm starting my 4th week. I've been working 12s and getting to know the evening girlies I'll be working with. So far so good, I'm learning lots of new skills by the day. Today was my first day taking 4 patients and it was a little bumpy but manageable and I felt very supported throughout the day. I just need to find my own routine but I know that's something that just comes with time. Next week I start on my shift and play it by ear from there if I need more orientation after that. My orientation has been very structured and organized, as well as customized to my skill level and needs. So far I give Beverly two thumbs up!

Hi there. I seen your posting on a search engine and would like to ask you something.

I work as a CNA. I heard today that Beverly Hospital was hiring CNA's but I didnt see any openings on their website. I did see Clinical Assistants...thats it.

Are they in fact looking for anymore CNA's

? And if so, should I just go in person to apply? Please respond. Thankyou

Specializes in LTC.

Clinical associate =cna at beverly. Applying in person or online makes no difference. Good luck. Human resources can take forever

Specializes in Psych, Hospice, Surgical unit, L&D/Postpartum.

Hi, they just had a job fair 2 weeks ago at beverly. I would just apply online first, then maybe touchbase by either calling or showing up with a resume copy and it wouldn't hurt to fill out a hard copy of the application as well. All clinical associate positions require the cna license. Goodluck !
