Hey everyone!

Hope everyone is doing good! I was wondering if anyone could help me out with a leadership self-assessment I have to complete for my Master's program. It is just a quick assignment. I don't think this assessment is too personal to post here but let me know or you can email me at [email protected], if its not too much trouble.

Really, really appreciate if anyone can take the time to reply! :)

I don't think really anyone here can help you with this assignment unfortunately. It seems it would require that we know you personally and have observed these behaviors.

Correct me if I am reading this wrong.

Best of luck and congratulations on your MSN!

Oh, I understand now. You would like one of us to complete the assessment on ourselves and compare our results with yours?

I think this is an assignment that would require having a conversation with someone else and would be much easier to do in person. Is there someone else in your Master's class that you can do this assignment with? It seems like that would be your best option.

@ Tait and Ashley, Sorry about that maybe I should have been more specific on the directions. The directions below the assessment are for me where it says "Share this assessment with a colleague, and then compare the two assessments. What areas are the same and what are different?" I dont need any names or any other personal info. I have to complete this assessment and ask a collegue to complete one too, then I will compare the too and describe the differences on my paper. I dont think it is necessary to know them personally or to do it in person. This class is online.

But its ok I took a shot to see if any wanted to do it. I just needed one person to help me.

OH and thanks Tait!

Uhhh...it looks like they want you to do a self-assessment & then have a colleague assess YOU to see how they compare, not comparing yourself to some random nurse.

It's to help you determine if others see YOU the way you see yourself.
