Hello all, I would like to know if your taking it 10/11 what strategy have you been using to study and for those that have recently took it, I would like to know if any of you strictly used Saunders and did it help.
I'm really just trying to take in as much info and strategies as I can that will help me.
Thanks
I have been doing Saunders and Lippincott cd's religiously(more so Saunders) and I'm really surprised that I've been getting between 70-90% on the questions. Can someone tell me how much of a difference did they find with the level of difficulty of the questions from Saunders and/or Lippincott compared to the NClex exam.
I know it has to be someone out there that can offer some input.:)

NCLEX exam is based on common sense, and using the information that you learned in nursing school. If you are routinely getting 70-90% on the exams, then it sounds like you are ready. Have you also been reviewing the rationales that come with the answers?
The more priority questions that you can get on the exam, the better that you are considered doing when you actually take the exam.
Please keep us posted with how you do................and remember no books the day before the exam...............:)
