Anyone taken FON241 human nutrition with the lab at Rio

I am considering taking this class with the lab at Rio Salado this fall to fill my schedule, has anyone taken this? I would like to know what the class consist of and the work load. Any input would be great!!

Hello, this is for ANNIETSTUDENT. Hopefully you get this in time before I start Fon241 at Rio. I was curious if you ended up taking the 241 at Rio and if so what was your outcome? I am scheduled to take it this semester and I will begin in 2 weeks. If you can please let me know that's be great. :) I have all the same concerns as you... I have all A's and B's right now, and am very nervous to take this class. But I can't get out of this class because this is actually required for my degree.
