Anyone take the NLN Pre-admissions exam?

With no previous Chem or Physics classes and none required for entry in to RN program, how do I prepare for the Math portion of this particular test?

I should mention I am pretty lousy at math!

And how do all these pre admission exams differ, NET,PAX and so on? Are they just different names for the same thing? Depending on the school.

Thanks for any and all advice on this. I am just starting my pre-recs in August.

I took all...math, chemisty, A&P, etc...before taking the test, but that doesn't mean that you CAN'T take the test if you haven't.

Get the NLN Pre-Entrance Exam Study Guide and Study it front to back, several times!!! (you can check on ebay as well) http://www.amazon.com/Review-Guide-Entrance-Exam-Pre-Entrance/dp/0763724866 This book has great info and in my opinion, if studied, helps. It will give you tips on the math portion, as far as how to figure out the problems and the science is good. There really is no other way to study it. For the vocab, make sure you study that section good as far as the prefix/suffix/roots.
