Anyone take NCLEX PN in Pennsylvania??

I took my NCLEX PN in Pennsylvania this past Monday. Just wondering how long it takes for the results. I took it at a Pearson Vue center but they don't have quick results here in Pennsylvania. I keep checking the PA license verification, but so far nothing. Just wondering if anyone else took either NCLEX PN or NCLEX RN in PA and how long it took to get your results. I am NERVOUS as heck:sniff: because my computer shut off after 85 questions.

at a pearson vue center in a.c., nj & got my results in two days. just keep checking the pa license verification site....it'll be there soon enough! question, do you have a temp lpn license or graduate lpn license? cuz if you do, then click on that link to see if it's been rendered "null in void." if this happens & you don't see your lpn license, then that means you've failed the nclex-pn.

Pearson told me that PA residents can not get their results from them however, the receptionist told me that there is a website to go to for unofficial results but she could not give me that info for obvious reasons...she said to ask around. My comp shut off at 75 questions...the waiting is awful and I hear it could take up to 4 weeks to get the results from the BON. The waiting is dreadful. :uhoh3: :imbar :uhoh21:

Pearson told me that PA residents can not get their results from them however, the receptionist told me that there is a website to go to for unofficial results but she could not give me that info for obvious reasons...she said to ask around. :sniff: My thoughts exactly. I took test yesterday in MI, and I felt like having an MI when it was over! I was shocked, baffled, mortified, whatever, whatever, when the test shut off after only 85! I've heard rumors that test shutting down that fast is a good thing...and I've never heard of anybody failing whose test shut down after 85! fortunately quick results are available here, so I'm listening to the clock tick until I can get them. Unfortunately waiting for results is worse than waiting to take the test!:uhoh3:

I believe that this question has come up before. I think the advice given was to go to the PA State Board of Nursing site and see if your name has been put on a license yet. good luck
