Anyone take the IV Therapy class at Downey Adult School?

Hi all,

As a recently licensed LVN, I'm considering taking this IV Therapy class at Downey Adult School and would like to know if any of you have and what your thoughts are about the instruction/instructor (thorough teaching, knowledgeable instructor, engaging presentation, homework yes or no, etc.). I find that prices range from about $150 - $300 in the L.A. area. I wonder if it's a "you get what you pay for" type of situation. $300 seems high, but if it's far superior instruction than say the $150 class, then I am willing to pay more. I figure they all need to adhere to criteria set by the BVNPT, but why the wide price range? Do some serve you a gourmet lunch and fresh fruit and others not?
