I used Saunders throughout LPN school to study for exams and HESI. It was very helpful, I also used it to prepare for the NCLEX. I passed NCLEX the first time with 85 questions :)

I took the NCLEX-PN back in December 2005, so my information may or may not be a little outdated. I studied using the Saunders Comprehensive Review book and was able to pass on my very first attempt with the minimum amount of questions (85).

Many people post on this forum that they were able to pass using the Saunders Comprehensive Review alone.

i've been advised many times, use one and one review source so as not to contradict yourself by reading from multiple sources... so far i've retained more information that way... best wishes to both of us...
