Im starting career colleges of america in los angeles ca on 9-29-08 , its a 14 month LPN program , anyone else starting soon ?? Im currently a medical assistant and Ive been doing it for 10 yrs (im 30) im sooooo excited to finally start school my daughter is 12 I had to wait so long because she has to take care of herself while im working and going to school, I know its gonna be hard, the admissions advisor told me not to work more than 24hrs a week , I dont think we can survive of that so i'll see what i can do, if anyone else is starting and has a story please tell it.

Congrats on starting school:yeah: I too will be attending school in Sept. for LPN in an 12 month course. I'm also nervous as I will be working full time in the evenings..I have two friends that graduated from the program and they told me it was going to be hard but not so hard that I couldn't do well and pass. I also waited until my children were older so there wouldn't be such a need for me to do everything around our home (3 kids btw)..I think we will both do well when its something you really want you just have to make it happen...I know that its going to be a crazy ride but in the end it will be all worth it...agian congrats and GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!
