I am contemplating starting a private SNF advocacy business. More for the clinical side than the insurance. Anyone here self-employed? Am wondering what other services I could offer beside home health care?

I don't think I get what you want to do. When I see "SNF" I read skilled nursing facility - but yet I doubt you're trying to start your own nursing home? Can you give some examples of intended care?
Definitely do not want to open my own facility...lol I am burnt on SNFs. And with the new final rule that just rolled out, it will be a no win situation for nurses. I am looking into offering private concierge style nurse advocacy. But I want to offer more than just med review and cp reviews.
