I am interested in doing the NCSBN-PN 3 week course, but want to know if it helped anyone who used this as one of their study methods. This is my 2nd time around, my previous studying material were exam cram and saunders 4th edition. I am also using the all nurses study guide which is helping out so much, I dropped exam cram and only using their cram sheet. Please help, I take my test in 3 weeks.

I used the NCSBN for the RN exam, and I did pass the exam, but I'm not sure NCSBN was the deciding factor. I learn better from questions than from reading outlined material, so I didn't use the whole program. I did find that the questions from NCSBN were a little more difficult than NCLEX-4000 or Saunders, so maybe they're more like the test. I found the site a little cumbersome, in that you have to click on a button to see every rationale. Not that it's a huge problem, but doing hundreds of questions a day the time adds up, when Saunders and NCLEX-4000, the rationales just pup up.
Good luck.

I just asked the same question. I am 3 weeks from yesterday for my test. While I have been doing questions and looking over things I don't have a structured format and kind of all over the place. I think I will do the 3 weeks and catch up today with the readings. Best of luck to you!!

I would definitely recommend NCSBN. I used the 3-week course from NCSBN, EXAM CRAM, ALLNURSES STUDY GUIDE and passed at 75 questions. Good Luck!!!

Is it content based? I am looking for something content based. Thanks.

I wish more folks had answered this post. I am taking mine in a few weeks and am really curious to know if the NCSBN helped anyone pass the NCLEX.

I used it. I don't know if it helped, but I liked the bullet point format. Hated the horrible grammar and spelling errors though.
