Does anyone know how the LPN to RN works as far as how they determine if you are eligible? Does it go by seats available?

Those applying to NVCC...do some of your items still say "Not Met"? I have a transcript that says not met, yet I called the school, they have it and it's posted on my commnet. I just don't want to miss something. Good luck everyone

I just graduated from LPN school and passed my boards. Having alot of trouble looking for a job because most require 1 year experience. I'm getting very frustrated because I don't understand how you get experience if no one will hire you. Long story short there was an ad for private duty of quadpeligic and needed to work a hoyer lift BUT I need a NPI or medicaid number?!

I tried filling out the application but it asks for business name? What do you put if you want to work independant?

Thanks everyone! I graduated June 21st and been doing questions everyday. Read Exam Cram, Lacharity questions, NCLEX 3000. I have Saudners, NCSBN but didn't use them much. I finished at 85 questions and felt I failed. I did the PVT and good pop up as soon as I got home. I went over some questions I had on the test and I did answer them correctly so I guess I just doubted myself. I was on vacation last week and didn't study much so I didn't take any breaks this week. After 85 questions and knowing NOTHING on the test I got the message to contact the Board. Did I pass? I took it at 8am and 4 hrs later that's what its showing??

I've been doing questions, reading, etc I have exam cram, saunders, and lacharity. What should I focus on the next 3 full days I have left to study?!

I take mine in 3 weeks too. Although all I do is questions for here and there, I'm frustrated because I feel like nothing is sticking and I'm getting overwhelmed with which book to use. I even went back to my Med Surg book to look at things. I just bought the 3 weeks NCSBN hoping to keep me on schedule. I'm getting frustrated because I don't see my scores improving and beginning to stress out!!!

I just asked the same question. I am 3 weeks from yesterday for my test. While I have been doing questions and looking over things I don't have a structured format and kind of all over the place. I think I will do the 3 weeks and catch up today with the readings. Best of luck to you!!
