I've been looking around the interent for CRNA school and really haven't found that many. I've found probably about 20 schools or so. Is CRNA schools just not in abundance?
Anywho, I was wondering if anyone had a list of schools they could give me or point me in the right direction to a good website or any resource for that matter. And if you have a recommendation for a good school.
Thanks!!

If you go to http://www.aana.com and click on "Becoming a CRNA" in the left column, the bottom option is "Accredited Programs." You can search by state or see all of them. There are only 105 (maybe 106) in the country.

As above, aana.com lists all accredited programs.
I don't think there is any best school, but what is best for you. I suggest you look for a program where you get regional anesthesia experience-go for 50 spinals and 50 epidurals. Experience in basic regional techniques will increase your employment options when you graduate. Experience at several clinical sites is nice, it makes you a more thoughtful and flexible CRNA becuase you will see different ways of doing the same case. Be wary of programs that take more students in than they have clinical sites, that means someone has to go. Talk to recent graduates of CRNA programs, they have a better perspective on their education than students in programs. Don't pay too much attention to the US News and World rankings, they aren't worth much. Good luck!

Like the previous sites mentioned, this site is also helpful, it lists the CRNA schools by rank, cost, and state:
http://www.all-crna-schools.com
There are actually about 108 schools in the US, only about 7 are found in the west, which might be why you are having a hard time finding a school in your area.
Good Luck!

Hi..here you can find list of all CRNA scholls and programs by state....hope this helps
There are many factual errors on this site, and also many errors in grammar. The most accurate list of programs is at www.aana.com click on Becoming a CRNA, and then Accredited programs.
