Anyone have any information on this facility?

I see a facility advertise frequently in the Athens papers, it is called Hickory Creek, under the Tandem banner, does anyone on here have any idea what type of place this is? Why do they advertise so much? Is it a he$$hole to work? Please, I am ready to really start looking at jobs and I am interested in all ads between Parkersburg/Marietta and surrounding areas. Any information would be appreciated. Have a good day.
