anyone heard from CSN yet?

any news for the spring semester yet? has anyone recieved a phone call? keep me posted... i've got my fingers crossed for all of you and sending prayers your way.... this goes for all the future nursing school students for all the schools .. keep me posted:yeah:

I got in with 27

you know anyone or heard of anyone who got in with less than 27? 27 seems to be the cut off line the semester which is a huge jump from 21.

Your best bet is to probably call the school and ask what the cut off was. That way you know for sure whether you had enough points or not and will give you an idea of what you might need to get in for next semester.

I got in with 27 points also. When I picked up the packet they said that this was there most competitive semester they have ever had. The cutoff was 26 for full time and 27 for part time.

I applied already so we'll see!!! A few of my friends are taking the TEAS this weekend so....it looks like another competitive semester...phew!

cool... Good luck, am putting in my app next week with 28 points, I hope this is enough! From your opinion do you think the cut off point will stay the same or increase? I honestly don't think it will go any higher than what we had last semester.

Its going to be different because of the difference in point calculations. I think 27/28 will get in. I think its really important to have all the pre reqs completed.

i heard they were upping the points for being admitted into the program. yes that is a good idea to get all your prereqs done. it would help. get as many points as you can and the highest GPA , my friend told me they have so many people applying " only the best and brightest will get in." they know they have the number 1 program in the state and they want to keep it that way. i don't blame them. it was a awesome program and i loved it. i'm a proud graduate believe me !!

is your friend reffering to the fall 2009 application process? i think the applicants may increase dramaticly this time since alot of people are going back to school due to all the layoffs. what do you guys think with 27 points? good chance?

I am in the same boat with you! WE WILL MAKE IT THIS TIME!!! I heard through the grapevine that 26 points is the magic number so far (again)...don't know if thats true...BUT...would like to think so!
