Anyone hear from Massasoit yet?

Has anyone gotten their letter from Massasoit? I was hoping they'd go out this week, and the suspense is making me crazy!

I think If you applied for 2009-2010 financial aid then it will be available for the fall.

I could be wrong, but they said that they process the financial aid applications during the summer months.

bio in 1994 everything else fits in between that year and 1998. SO I guess I am Expired. Feeling my age, at least my school age!!

I remember financial aid office saying something about no financial aid available for intersession?? not sure, though. Makes sense. Out of pocket. think they have a payment plan though. It would all be loans anyway, save on interest.

Oh wow, I actually shadowed a R.T a couple of months ago at the hospital I work at. I really liked it. So you have a allot of patient care experience, and it takes a lot of guts to start over. WOW your an R.T :specs:

Yes, I definately have a lot of pt care experience, and military experience, and all my pre-reqs done with a time waiver---but still not good enough for massasoit???? I just wish I knew the exact things since they had so many people that they had to base it on. like, did they have to narrow it down by only the people who had A's, then only the highest test scores, even if they were above what they accepted?? Makes you wonder?

Im very surprised that you were'nt accepted:eek:. I would think that they would know that you are an Experienced healthcare proffesional, even more reason for you to be accepted.

I think you should find out if it was your expired classes that caused them to deny your application.

I asked them numerous times if the time waiver would have my application looked down upon in any way and the admissions and nursing department said absolutely not, that it was perfectly acceptable and notto worry about it. I had a B- in A&PII. I had all A's in all of my Respiratory classes, pharmacology, physics etc... Biology and A&PI I only had a B in as well. I only got an 88% on the reading,but they said 75%-although some of the people got over 100% so...they had a lot of applicants that is for sure.

hey said in that appilicatio that ieveryone with B or above will be considered for the Nursing Program. So if you received a B or above in your previous science classes then Im really confused:confused:.
