Has anyone gotten their letter from Massasoit? I was hoping they'd go out this week, and the suspense is making me crazy!

Pri of Bio, A&p1, A&P 2 and Micro you need to get those out of the way first and do your best to get a A or an B in these science classes.

Take sciences along with easy classes like General Psychology, Eng etc.

The more classes you have done when your nursing classes start the better.

If you have any more question just ask.

Thanks Dawn! Do I NEED to already have these to apply or is it just recommended that I do them beforehand?? Like most people, I want all the pre1reqs done so i can just focus on the nursing classes when i get in.

Yes it would be helpful to have Bio, A&P1 and 2 done before applying.

If you want to get ahead than taking classes in the summer will really help you get it done before Fall'10, the more classes you have done the better chance you have of getting in.

Well I have a question.

I honestly thought that I was done with taking college placement exams (hate them). It has been 2 years since I took one at my school.

And now I see that I have take another one at the Orientation? Not Happy :hdvwl:

Ive already taken Eng 101 and Fund of Algebra and other College SCIENCE classes and now from what I'm reading I have to take another college placement test.

this is a copy of what was on the website,

Associate Degree Seekers

Submit the non-refundable deposit to save a place in your program of study.

Attend the required Orientation program which is scheduled in January for the Spring semester and in the summer for the Fall semester. Students will take the college placement exams, meet with an advisor and register for classes.

And I do remember the letter in the Nursing packet said that we will be doing "core testing" at Orientation:smackingf

Do I have to start studying?
