Anyone ever have to address the "choking game"?

I know it resurfaces every now and then. I don't think it's widespread here at the moment, but I'm thinking I might be asked to address it. Thanks for any insight!

I haven't thought about that in over 20+ years - gives me chills that teens still want to prove they can do it.
