Anyone else waiting for "The Call" from CSN

Just wondering if anyone else is anxiously waiting for Dec. 4th to come. This past month has dragged on, but only a few more weeks until I find out if I am in CSN or not. If my phone doesn't ring on that day I will be so upset. Good luck to anyone else who is waiting!!!

Wow, I hope you get that call! I still remember getting my letter on December 2, 2005 saying "Congratulations!, you have been accepted". I will be graduating from CSN in May. Did you apply for the part-time or full-time program?

Good luck. I hope you can find something to take your mind off of it while you wait. December 4th will be here before you know it!

As a matter of fact, I got a call yesterday!!! But it was to tell me that they couldn't find my NLN results lol :lol2:!! Oh well, the wait goes on...do you think they will start calling before Dec 4?

I applied for the full-time program. I wish they would call sooner, but I don't think that they will. They sounded pretty set on the calls coming on the 4th. I can't believe they couldn't find your results. When I turned my papers in, with no proof at all that they got it, I was paranoid that they would lose something. I will keep my fingers crossed for the both of us.

Do u have your copy of NLN result, if yes than u dont have to worry. i am sure they can find their copy too. So u guys are going to get calls, at my time they posted letters on Dec 6th and i got mine on Dec7th. I called them 100 times but tehy didnt tell me anything.

Best of luck, i think u guys have more chances to accept because for the spring semester less people apply every year and most of them are may b still doing prerequites classes.

i remeber when i go the call.. i was soo happy i couldn't believe it.. it was so exciting and yet scary,, but i made it through now i am a RN.. it sure is fun writing RN after my name .. please keep me posted

Are they calling now? That's good! I've heard so many horror stories about people losing their mail, not getting it, mailman put it in the wrong mail box. Calling would be so much better.....well, it would be good if they did both. Call and also send the letters out!

Anway.....enough of my rambling--- GOOD LUCK GUYS! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you! I know it seems like an eternity but it goes by so fast. I feel like I just started last week and the semester is nearly over!

Good luck to all of you waiting for the call. I'm in the part time program and it has been a rough 1st semester. I never received a call, I actually received a letter saying I wasn't accepted and then I got a call a month later saying I was. So just hope you don't receive a letter. Good Luck again.

Thanks to everyone for the luck you are sending our way, hopefully it works. They are calling those accepted and sending letters to those who aren't because they said the turn around time is shorter this semester than in the past. They are calling on the 4th if you are accepted and you have to go down to the school on the 5th to pick up your packet. They mentioned something about the hospitals wanting additional shots this time around, so they want to make sure everyone gets the acceptance notice and packet asap, so they can start on the shots.

Thanks again, and I will post as soon as I hear. If I get accepted I am sure I will smother you all with many questions.

Hey, not sure if it's true so don't nobody freak out...but I heard they started calling people. Is this true? If so, who can we congratulate so far?

Yikes, I sure hope not. I haven't heard anything, nor have any of my friends who also applied. If anyone knows if this is true or just a rumor please let us know. I would hate to sit by the phone on Tuesday for nothing (that is if they have already informed people).
