Anyone dealt with MD BON re: suspension

I have tried since August 1st to get paperwork for rehabilitation for a suspension of my RN license in 1995. I have had one phone call returned in all that time and no emails returned. This is the second time I have been told I would be sent paper work for rehabilitation but have not gotten any yet. Assume that I do get paper work and send it back to them and complete whatever they require to reinstate my license, how long do you think it woud take them to even act on it? The lady I talked to was very nice and said they were having budget problems. I asked how could I get Board certified documents regarding my suspension and said she would look in the archives but wouldn't promise anything. I have to HAVE these documents to renew my license in CA. I have a job waiting for me in a psych hospital, just awaiting my license renewal.

Anyone dealt with rehabilitation issues with MD BON? It seems like an impossible task. I am quite sure that the CA BON will not renew my license until I get the documents related to my suspension. By the way, I was guilty of nothing charged.

I am so frustrated. Appreciate any help or info.
