Anyone from Chicago, IL?

Is there anyone from Chicago area? :smokin:

For commuters it is about $18,000 (I'm a commuter)...About $21,000 if you live on campus. But most people, including myself, get financial aid which helps a lot. Plus the school gives scholarships. It is expensive though. I'm glad I could help. Again, let me know if you have anymore questions!:)

Thanks KES!!!!:1luvu: You are the greatest! I am thinking of taking some of my pre-requisites at Harper-it is much closer to where I live and I am in district, then transfer to Elmhurst, so that I can get into the nursing program right after I am done with my pre-req. From my understanding it is beneficial to be at Elmhurst for one term before entering into the nursing program. What does one term means? Is it a semester, a year or what?

Thanks a lot!

It's a good idea to get your pre-reqs. done at Harper. We have a TON of transfers. Yes, it is important to take the semester at Elmhurst just before you enter the program. The reason is because the semester before the actual program you take NRS 210 and NRS 300. They are intoductory classes. They are required to be taken before you enter the nursing program the following semester. On the Elmhurst Website you could get phone numbers and call admissions or someone from the nursing depeartment to talk to or get information sent to you. It's pretty easy because we get transfers all the time.
