im a registered nurse in philippines i just passed the june 2009 board exam,,now,im here in canada working as a caregiver,,my contract is 2yrs.. i am planning to work as a nurse in las vegas and my sister too is in las vegsa? can you help me guys what should i do?what are the requirements and what is the first thing to do?please help me out.. thanks guys..

You have a couple of issues mainly being retrogression and a long long wait ahead of you. Working as a caregiver is not nurse experience and you may find issues if the BON is after current nursing issues. Not sure why you haven't looked at working in Canada as a RN
You need to look at the BON website and meet their requirements for foreign trained nurse and get eligibility to sit NCLEX.

If you sister is in Las Vegas legally as a USC, she can apply for an immigrant visa for you. This will take 8-10 years. That is really the only option open to you right now.
