Anyone from CA who took the NCLEX on the 16th?

we can force some change to this system. they can do better producing the results and should do so. if you question the boards, they will likely tell you "this is how is been done since the beginning and it works, in this modern computer world, the waiting is not working anymore. by the time the computer shuts down, a determination is made if you pass or failed so why the wait???. unfortunately once you guys get your results, you move on letting this bad experience become someone else’s problem, passing the anxiety to the next guy who will wait again and again just like you earlier.

i think its safe now to assume that i did fail.. because i called brn today since it's been 2 weeks already, she said that my result's haven't been mailed yet and my file's complete.. nothing wrong with it.. [hope she could just tell me the result then and there.. but sad to say it doesn't work that way] so just have to wait.

if i passed, why is it that till now my name's not posted on their site.. so i think and i can feel it.. i freakin failed!!!!!

I feel the same way darthgirl. How did you get to talk to the operator? I called the CA-BRN this morning and press 0 to talk to the operator, but it tells me to please call back again later and hang up. What time did you call them? I want to find out if they already send me the letter.

i called like 1230pm.. guess i got lucky to be able to talk to the operator that easy.. lmao!!

freakin driving me crazy!! hate this!! just wanna get this over and done with..

I dunno when they're going to send the later.. just wondering what's taking them so long to send it..

Is it possible to get a letter indicating you have pass after 2 weeks and not see your name on the website? What is the possibilities? Any comment would be appreciated.

Hi everyone. I'm new to this site and finding everyone's feedback really helpful. I took my nclex yesterday and I'm fairly certain I didn't pass. I'm already so anxious waiting for results. I can imagine how much more anxious you all are that took it last month. I'm thinking positive thoughts for all of us.

Can someone tell me what SATA means?

Paul2009, it is possible to get a passing result after two weeks. One of the students from my school waited and waited. For some reason it took her about 2 weeks to get her passing result even though all the other students had their names on the website in 3 business days. I know we're all being realistic and starting to study, but don't give up hope until it's official.

Yes there is a possibility, it happened to my husband, we took the test the feb 16, I saw my name on the web feb 23 (monday). I keep on checking my husband's name it's not there, until March 2 (monday) we got the letter that he killed that beast (passed w/ 265 questions) and it indicates that they need a SSN.

In short, no SSN no name on the web, that's proven!

sucks for me then, coz i called them up, they told me that my file's complete and all that.. meaning they have a record of my ssn.. but still no name, no letter.. meaning no license.. great. just great! :banghead:

Relax, 2-4weeks is their processing time... i'll say a prayer for you.

Welcome! I SATA means "select all that applied" questions type on the NCLEX. Hope you passed your test. :wink2: For everyone else. I wish you the best of luck. I know waiting is very hard but you'll feel the thrill when you passed. I am lucky to get my result w/in 6 days so I can't speak for those who have to wait for more than that, but I assure you that I loose sleep over the 6 days of waiting, so I am somewhat know how that feels like. Best wishes to you all. I will pray for you. :)

Well guess what...I called the CA-BRN today and I was luckily able to talk to an operator...yeehay...after 5 minutes of waiting. Anyhow, I asked him if they already send my result and he said that they did 2 days ago. So now, i'm expecting the mail to arrive either tomorrow (fri) or saturday...scary! Wish me luck guys, despite I already have a feeling about my result.

called them today too.. coz my name's still not on their site.. and told me that my letter has been sent yesterday.. anyway, she told me that since i've been waiting for more than 2 weeks now and my name's not on their site.. that is not a pretty good sign.. just to give me a heads up.. i probably failed.. so after the call i cried my heart out..
