I graduated from Monash University in Australia with a BSN and am trying to work in the United States where I am currently living. However, CGFNS has informed me I still need clincial hours in maternity. I've read a few places people go through Deakin to get these hours. If anyone has been through this before could you please tell me who I need to get in contact with. Thank you!

Not sure which state you are applying to, Can't remember, but make sure that the university course is accepted. I think California will not accept it
I'm applying in Kentucky. Would I contact the board of nursing to see if it is accepted here?
I would check with the state that the course will be accepted. Would be a shame to go through the work and then find problems. If you have something in black and white saying it is OK and then later you have problems at least you have something to back yourself up
Thank you that would be a huge disaster if that happened. I'll contact them and make sure they say it's ok before enrolling into anything.
You are welcome and good luck

You have a BSN? Do you mean a BN?
I did the paeds module through Deakin (didn't need maternity). Just contact the professional development unit. http://www.deakin.edu.au/hmnbs/pdu/modules/index.php
