Anyone applying for charity pn fall 2016?

I'm currently finishing my prereqs at DCC. Anyone else applying for the PN program for fall 2016? I'm having problems finding study guides for the compass pn and hesi a2 PN. :/

I applied for the RN program for Fall 16 (my second time around). Letters should be mailed 3/7/16.

I just searched the internet for study guides. But if you did well in your classes and retain info well, that should suffice. Brush up on any subjects you don't feel confident in i.e. old notes, returned tests.

Hello Ladies, I will be applying to the Pn program this fall also. Do you guys know if 80 points will be good for the PN program?

I also turned in my application for the RN program as well.

No the 80 points are for the Practical Nursing.I have 60-65 points for RN

I'm not sure what the cut off is this year. Did you take your hesi and compass? Have you talked to the advisor to see if they will give out the cut off score?

Hi, I am wondering if I will get in to charity nursing school for Fall of 2015. I have good scores (C or above) in all nursing degree requirement courses. I have >2 W's or drops. My cumulative gpa is not yet the required gpa, but I have the nursing pre req gpa. I got a 75 on my hesi, but am retaking it again. I also have great recommendations and a lineage of Charity nurses in my family. What do I need to do to increase mt chances of becoming a charity nurse? I start this fall 2016 for Delgado PN program and I am so excited. If anyone else is starting in August with me let me know. Been feeling a little stressed about getting all this stuff done before August 15.
