I applied to Hemet Valley on July 8th 2013 and was wondering if anyone else did and has heard back? They were very clear not to contact them and ask about the status of applications. I had a friend try to apply on the 10th and they said they were not accepting anymore app's..... meaning they got tons, of course.
It kinda bothers me that hospitals say "please dont contact us". I do understand they receive an abundance of applications but what about just common curtacy and thanking those who took the time to locate, write a cover, drive or fill out app on line? ugh that even sounds silly as i write it, of course they don't care, thousands of apps for 10 or 20 jobs.
How do i get someone to put my app on the top of the pile if i don't have a relative working at a hospital????
WILL I EVER FIND A JOB??? ((

My interview was also very casual and you leave there feeling pretty good.
Did you interview with ------------ or -------------- for the second interview?
I was with ------------- and she was really sweet. We talked mainly about the DOU/ICU and upcoming departmental openings. She talked as if I was already hired at times and I kept looking down at paperwork she had in front of her to see that she hadn't got me confused with someone who just started. Haha! I hope that was a good sign.
Did the Nurse Recruiter talk about whether or not interviews were almost done? I'm driving myself crazy waiting for a phone call. I know she said the 6th, which is the end of next week, but she quickly followed it up by saying that it would probably be sooner. My hope is the end of this week, early next week. Well see....
Keep me updated on how it goes and I'll do the same. :)
