Anyone Applied for Fall 2010 at CCBC

U.S.A. Maryland

I have applied for Fall 2010 and received a pink card stated that the application has been processed. I can't wait to see what the outcome will be. Im very anxious to know if I will be attending CCBC this Fall. Anyone applied for Fall 2010 at CCBC?

I got my acceptance letter yesterday to the Online/Hybrid program at Catonsville...finally!!! Now I'm going through the paperwork to see what's next. Any ideas on what our uniform will look like? How much it will cost (I heard it's expensive)? Does anyone know what day the clinicals will be on for the online/hybrid course....I heard they would be on 2 days instead of one which turned out to be too long of a day. I know my TEAS was in the 90s. I also have a BS degree in Biology which helped. Cannot wait to meet you guys!

Catonsville Day Program....

SUNMIST,

can i ask u about your TEAS result. what did u get from your reading & overall test. i applied at Catonsville. just got my letter today. i did not get in because of my tEAs result..:sniff:

Thanks for that link! It says we will have one 12 hour day for lab and clinicals but I read somewhere (I think it was on this site) that they broke that down into 2 days...also, I never had an interview as part of the application process and was never asked to give a proctored writing sample. I wonder if they dropped that requirement.

I am so sorry. Was there a particular area you need to focus on? I wish you the very best of luck when you take your TEAS test again!

You're welcome. I don't think it has been updated the date on the bottom says July 2009. So I think you are right about it being 2 days now. I read it somewhere.

That's why I can't wait for orientation!

Definitely try again! Your scores were not bad at all. Did you use the study guide? That helps a lot.

I did used the study guide. . its so upsetting.. now, i know its all about the TEAS score not the GPA itself (coz my GPA is not bad)..I surely retake. . congrats to all u guys got accepted. .goodluck :)

I think at CCBC they look for a reading TEAS of 90% and an overall minimum of 70%. I would focus on the reading part to help bring the score up. Your scores are not bad at all...I just think that with so many applicants, they need an additional criteria to be able to select among all of us. Don't give up, try again!

Finally got my letter today! So happy that it's official :)

So much to do before August 18th! Hope I get to meet some of you in real life :)
