Anyone accepted at Ohlone College Spring 2009?

I got accepted at Ohlone College's RN program for Spring 2009 and wanted to find out if there were others. :yeah:

thanks for responding. Did you go to your appointment with janet?? She said the books are 1300....I guess base on what your friend said it is best to buy the packet. Couldn't you purchase old packet from former students?

I met with Janet back in November. The 1300 was for this past semester- there might be a change in texts so she said to expect between 1300-1500. Also, the texts get ordered online through the publisher and ships directly to you. The bookstore isn't involved with ordering RN texts. I asked my friend about buying someone's old texts and she replied that the texts would be outdated since all the RN students use all of their texts till the end of the program. Also, we are the 2nd class to get the bundled text with the CDs.

No . You dont have to buy the package from evolve. The only good thing is that you get the electronic books which will make it easier to study.

I Think the package for 301&302 will include NCLEX book besides the textbooks. You need to buy BED#10 and the APA format book . It will cost you with evolve select about $1300. You also need to buy white unifom, white shoes and lab coat with 2 nursing patches from the bookstore
