Anybody works or knows somebody working at Virginia Mason?

I am curious if anybody here knows something about working at Virginia Mason Medical Center in the Seattle area? Is this hospital in downtown Seattle?

A friend of mine doing his residency at UW Med told me he highly recommended me to check out Virginia Mason, and to even work there. I haven't heard of this hospital, of course, me being an I'm out-of-state resident looking to relocate.

He also mentioned that Virginia Mason has a great patient satisfaction rating.

Yes, it's basically in downtown Seattle (the area is called First Hill and is a few blocks from downtown proper. Interesting that your friend at UW recommends it as it isn't one of the UW hospitals. I don't know much more about it. There are several hospitals within a few blocks--when I wanted to move to Seattle I came to visit all four (two Swedish, Harborview, and VM). There's also UW Med Center and Seattle Children's not too far away.

I work there and, honestly, it's the best place I have ever worked. It is in downtown.
