Hi everyone. Lifemasters has opened offices here and is having an open house tomorrow. They do disease management/triage from the office. I'm curious if anyone has any knowledge of this company?
Thanks. :)

How was the open house at Lifemasters?? What was your opionion? Thanks...
This is located in Albuquerque, NM...not Florida.
Unfortunately, I got called in to work so I couldn't attend the open house! They are advertising pretty regularly but I don't know anyone who works there....so....we'll see.

Their website looks interesting. Here are the job postings:

Rio Ranch can be quite a drive if you are on the other side of the river. The job does look interesting and would be nicer to work from your home. Do they ever do that sort of thing (work from the home)?

The call center/offices are located in downtown Albuquerque. I don't think they have offices in Rio Rancho. I have a couple of postcards from them and the open house was in the downtown office. It would be great to work from home, but from what I understand, they have you work from the office.

Hello all,
I am an RN and have worked for Lifemasters for the past year. We are contracted by insurance companies Aetna, Capital Blue Cross, STRS and PHP, to provide disease management and health education for their clients for specific disease states. (Diabetes, CAD, CHF, Asthma, HTN). The philosophy of this company is to teach "participants" how to manage their chronic disease, improve their health status, reduce hospital and ER visits and reduce insurance costs. As this company grows, so will the number of different disease states included in the program. We work from a call center in downtown Albuquerque. The corporate office is in Irvine, CA and there's a call center in San Francisco and Sacramento. All three centers are considered one "virtual call center". In the next year LM will open two more call centers east of NM, possibly in Florida and Texas. There is also a possible Medicare contract in the near future. This company is 10 years old and growing very rapidly. The goal is to become the top rated disease management company in the US in the next couple of years. LM offers full time, part time hours, shift differential, PTO, medical, vision and dental ins, 401k, life insurance.

Hi, I am an experienced telephone triage nurse and wondered if Lifemasters offers RNs the opportunity to work from home??
Thank you,
Sharon
Hi Gloria,
I have experience in telephone triage nursing and utilization review.
Does Lifemasters offer disease management nursing positions that are home-based?
Thanks for your time.
Please PM me.
