anybody else have trouble with Stentor?

Do any of y'all have trouble with the Stentor (radiology) kicking out your password or just screwing up overall? It's always a pain to deal with for the O.R. nurses. Any other departments experience this?

I had a problem the 1st time I used it, couldn't get in. I called the "help" desk, and they did just that (for a change!).

We have been using Stentor for years, really no problems. If passwords are a problem than that is the IS or IT (whatever you might call them) problem and they need to be made aware of it. If it x-rays not showing up than that is radiology not putting it in stentor.
