Any Winnie Palmer Nurses??

Published

HEY!!

Sooo I have been having a HARD time getting a job at Winnie Palmer. The reason I became a nurse was to become a Labor and Delivery Nurse and to work at Winnie Palmer! I have 1 1/2 years experience and I have applied multiple times. I have gotten 5 interviews which ALL went amazing...I thought. The manager all seemed liked they loved me! I interview very well and I have my bachelors degree. But for soommmeee reason I never get the job? Is it because of my experience? Being that I do not have any? But I am very enthusiatic to work there. I have shadowed on the floor (unpaid) and I just do not get what is going on? PLEASE HELP!!! Does anyone work at Winnie Palmer and can give me advice?? A hookup or anything? I am a great RN and whenever I ask around I get the "Its who you know not what you know"..unfortunetly I do not know any nurses or personnel at Winnie to help so I am reaching out to anyone who can help me!! I just want to work with women and babies...I know that that is my calling. Any help? Thank you!

PS. I have also applied to FLorida Hospital many times and do not even get an interview?

$26.55 isn't bad that's only about $4 less an hour than what I am making now and with FL being tax free that's not so bad. Do you have your BSN? I live in MN so I hear you about the frigid cold! It gets so old. Please let me know how it goes and what they offer you. Good luck!!
