Any tips for SATA questions?

Hi everyone, I'm new here. I'm preparing NCLEX and got so furstrated on SATA questions. Could anyone share their strategy on SATA questions? please~~~~~~

Practice SATA questions,Saunders CD (that comes with Saunder 4 edition comprehensive review for NCLEX) has many of those and begin from eliminating incorrect answers.

we were taught in our program to look at them as true/false questions...

For SATA, I would just look at what the question is really asking you and look at each answer to see if its True or fits that statement. Dont beat yourself up if you get it wrong. Just read rationales. Its hard, and alot of ppl get it wrong. I used a book that was just alternate format quesitons and it really helped even though they were harder than the exam.

that true/false tip is actually a good one. we never were taught to look at it that way...
