Also, what are the pricing for apartments in the suggested areas? And what are the salaries for a new RN? One more thing, can someone/anyone dispel the myth that I have been told that I would need to know spanish in order to feel comfortable and like living anywhere in Texas.

yeah, we have a hurricane season but its not as bad as florida. Its usually just floods and it does flood ALOT in houston.
