Hi Thank you so much for reading this, Ive been an RN CM for 6 years and have started with a new company that is small and has started a "restructuring" process that I am apart of. There are two RN CM at this home health care company now, myself and than the DON so I am having to do damage control on poorly handled cases, problem solve in the field and learn the software on my own while the other RN is managing the DON responsibilities. The last year and a half I have done CM in home hospice, so as I adjust to the changes in previously utilized software, state and federal rules and regulations as well as compliance, I have came across many questions I need answered and would greatly appreciate it if any other RN CM in home health could give suggestions of resources to resolve the issues I'm having. With the owner being non clinical, our DON occupied with leadership responsibilities, I would love if any RN case managers that work in home health could give me suggestions of resources that have been effective for getting the most up to date answers pertaining to the above listed obstacles I'm facing. Thank you so much!
