ok so i read a lot of ppl are preparing for their NCLEX and I was just curious since there is a book from Lacharity Prioritization and Delegation and its only for RNs I was wonderng if there is a similiar book for PNs to prepapre for their NCLEX. I really dont want to get confused and dont want to waste $ on a book thats made for RNs. Im taking my exam in 3 weeks! Im using Hurst review and ExamCram to prepare right now. So any1 know any websites or books out there mainly just for NCLEX PN on da subject I would really appreciate it. Thanx and good luck to all that are taking theirs soon.

The information in that book could be gleaned for the LPN level. It has only been out a short time and no one has spoken about finding a similar book written for LPNs. Think about this critically. Typically, the only caregiver that LPNs might have supervisory responsibility over would be CNAs. So delegating to and supervising CNAs should be your focus. They also might question you about a situation where you, as the LPN, were given an assignment by the supervising RN. They would want you to identify whether this was a proper assignment or not. I would worry less about this subject than the others you expect to find on the NCLEX-PN. Good luck.
