Any Pre-nursing/nursing Ohlone College In Fremont Ca. Students??

Nursing Students Pre-Nursing

Published

I was wondering, are there any Ohlone college pre-nursing students that have been trying to apply to the ADN program there (how long have you been waiting to get accepted?) and for the already nursing students, (how long did it take you to get accepted?)

I will be applying this fall...

I was going to apply there, but I couldn't when I found out you have to have all of your pre-reqs completed before applying! I'm taking micro right now, so if I don't get accepted into any of the other schools I applied to, I plan on applying there next year. From what I've heard it is a great school with a great nursing program. Good luck!!

I am applying for next fall, I hope I don't have to wait too long!

How about you? Have you been waiting long?

I was wondering if you knew if Micro-106 had to be completed before applying into the ADN program...or is it still the just A&P 103A AND 103B (along with the engl and math)... also, have you attended a nursing orientation already? if so, when? and would you be able to tell me any updated information about the program?

I attended an orientation last week. And today I took the required English assessment test. All prereq's(including MICRO) must be completed before applying.

As for any new info, I'm not sure what is new, but I do know that you must attend an orientation before they will accept your application, and take their Reading assessment test(today was the last one before the deadline for the Fall 06 applications are due)

Good luck!

hi, i have similar question.

i am taking microbiology this semester at ohlone, and i haven't been doinggreat, my teacher is suggesting i drop it with a w and take it again nextsemester. but i have a very slim chance of getting a c, should i stay and takethe risk of getting a d or should i drop it.

oh, and which is worse getting a d and repeating it or a w and repeating it?

the dead line is tommorow 4/20/12 if any of you have a suggestion i wouldgreatly appreciate it.
