i lived in northern AZ and worked on the reservation for 9 months. it is the biggest dump on earth, if you are at all considering moving here, DON'T. the only tolerable place in the whole state is prescott, payson, or scottsdale. i am not high maintanence at all, but people assumed i was rediculously wealthy because i had gas and electric.

It's just a different culture. No need to be rude.

Hey, I lived close to there! I was born and raised in Kearney (copper mining area)! I've also lived in Florence.

I lived in Kearny from 1970 to 1978. I went to Ray High School. When were you there?

Quaint? LOL! I do miss it sometimes, though. I never thought I would, but I do. So many memories... Were you born there? Yes, I was born there! In the little hospital on the hill, of course!

I was born in 74 and we moved out somewhere around when the price of copper dropped-I was still very young (~10yrs old), so I don't remember any names.

I moved here (9/05) from near Rochester NY and was recruited by Remuda Ranch. What a great place to work!!!

I would like to get more information about Remuda Ranch Arizona. I recently did a telephone interview that lasted 52 minutes and the questions were mostly about how you would respond to religious questions. Was this what it was like for you? Do you know anything about the Chandler, AZ LIFE facility? Thx so much:redbeathe
