I am not from Howland, but live in Leavittsburg, grew up in Warren. I lived in Florida for almost 9 years and have been back in Ohio for 8 years. I am ready to go back to Florida! Winter blues..... :o

I believe it really is a small world. Seems you do run into folks from even small towns familiar to you. I had a Grandma in Levittsburg, and been to Warren tons of times.
