Any Nursing Applicants For Fall 2009?

HELLO Future Nurses!!!

I was getting familiar in this forum (I posted a couple of responses in the PBISON thread several minutes ago.)

But I was wondering are there any aspiring nursing applicants out there in NYC who would be applying next year to any programs? Anyone attending NYC City Tech, BMCC, Laguardia, Queensborough, Kingsborough (it doesn't even matter as long as you're in NYC, (smile) Would like to have an application buddy or buddies. I figured maybe I can get to know some folks now and as we we get closer to the deadlines, we will dive into the process together.

That stinks! for how long? is it the whole month of july? this is the class for $55?

no just one day from 9-5pm you pick anyday during july-august but i only saw it on saturdays and sundays they have the schedule online bmcc.cuny.edu/ce

Congrats and good luck to those that applied to BMCC! I myself applied and and was accepted into CSI as a pre-nurse student. I see mostly every here is a BMCC applicant or pre-student. In all it is still good to have other people to share/talk good/bad news with.:bdyhdclp:

Hi Diana, did you order the books already? Its so expensive for that one package, and the bookstore only has new ones.

Thank you! Not some much in the beginning is it hard. Its when you finish your pre-req and its time to show n prove to the nurse committee. So right now its smooth sailing,I have a few exams to take in the up coming month. I'm so excited! I can't wait until Aug 28(first day of class).

When are classes starting there?

Hi! I think class begins the same as you, not too sure though. We have an orientation in July where we find out more information. I'm excited too, I'm trying to prepqare myself mentqlly for all the work I imagine we would have.
