Any nurse recruiters out there in Australia?

Im just starting a recruiting agency and the reason why i am is that most of the agencies i have worked for dont really give you what you deserve. i want to be an advocate for my nurses and get them some good contracts... Also the AIN's get ripped off as well and they do some pretty amazing work within the agedcare sectors and with homecare services.

I want to pay above the wards and really look after my nurses and also make sure the care that is given is quality.

Im not too sure what other agencies charge for there services but i would really like some feed on how i go about pricing the service so everyone is happy

Setting up an agency involves many of the same things, no matter what country that you are in.
