Any Indianapolis graduate LPN jobs out there??

Recently graduated LPN had a job one minute then the next they wanted more experience . The only other option is a second shift job that would be hard to manage with my two kids. Making the decision to move to Indiana on the basis I can get a decent Med-Surg job. Looking for a day shift LPN job which is going to be difficult to find, I think. Anybody have any opinions on the job market for LPNs in southern Indianapolis???

Hard to find LPN jobs in hospitals in Indiana, can get hired in a heartbeat in LTC though. I started out in LTC a rehab unit with max stay of 100 days then after a year there applied at a hosp in Indy for OTCU-orthopedic transitional care unit and got it but they would only hire nurse with exp. You might try float pools in hosp. they always seem to need nurses. Although LPN's get used as glorified CNA's on most floors we have been told our floor is the only floor that uses them as nurses!!
