beside nti any other good critical care conference that occurs annually or frequently. would not mind if the conference is located in a nice place; does not have to be in the U.S. I really want dynamic speakers and want to expand my knowledge base. been in ICU for almost a year so want to understand a little more about what going on. I'm going to NTI this year.
Laura Gasparis Vonfrolio is dynamic and fun! Very different from most NTI programs and you learn a lot!

I personally think the Trends conferences in Philadelphia are wonderful. They have one focused on Trauma and CV in the spring and Critical Care in the fall.

Another vote for TRENDS in Philadelphia. I think it is better than NTIs by a long shot.

I have heard that Trends in Philly is good. Three yrs ago, I went to a critical care conference at The Mirage in Vegas and it wasn't so good. I was expecting cutting edge critical care information and what I got was basic general ICU stuff that I had just learned in the critical care class that I took at my employers.
I have heard good things about NTI. Maybe next year. If you can see Laura Gasparis Vonfrolio, by all means do! She is a dynamic speaker!
