Hello! I've been accepted into PSON AAS Program beginning Fall 2017 and its odd not to find any of my fellow classmates on this site :unsure:It would be nice to get familiar with one another before the program begins & update one another on how we are coming along in preparation of the program. Maybe even share some information from other threads as far as increasing our success in the program! The competition is finally over and we are officially a family Well, hope everyone enjoys their day and I'm excited to hear from my soon to be fellow classmates! Congratulations
Hi Everyone, I'm currently taking pre-reqs at CUNY and I'm planning to get into MS next fall. My current GPA for the pre-reqs is 3.67. I'm currently taking BIO1 and BIO two in the summer along with Nutrition and Bioethics. I've heard the program is very competitive. Can someone please be so kind and shed some light on the admission process? thanks
Curious which CUNY are taking taking your preqs at? I'll be starting either in the Summer or Fall and looking for any direction and prefered professors. Thanks
Hey guys! I am currently looking to apply to apply for the AAS program and I am scheduled for an info session for 2018. I wanted to apply because regardless of being so competitive, the program still seems doable. With most CUNY nursing programs I feel like I'm jumping through a bunch of hoops, which is why I like this program because I feel it is more straightforward. My only concern is the cost. My goal is to receive my BSN, but I first have to do the AAS program because I'm not a nurse, and this would also be my first degree. But with doing this program I would be $90,000 or more in debt. Does anyone have any tips or advice, it would be helpful thank you. (I'm currently taking pre-requisites at BMCC)
BMCC is one of the schoosl I'm considering taking courses at. Any professor recommdations?
Also, are you planning on taking both the AAS and Rn to BA bridge at PSON? If I do the AAS at PSON, I'd totally an RN elsewhere since it cheaper.

BMCC is very good. That's where I did most of my prerequisites. Which courses will you be taking there? I could recommend some very good science, ethics and sociology professors
