Any CSUB Fall 2012 Hopefuls?

I am quoting from the letter they sent:

"As a condition of acceptance, you will need to complete the required background check and drug testing no later than August 15, 2012. The Department of Nursing will verify that your results are received and a final acceptance will follow. Final acceptance notices will be sent out no later than September 7, 2012. "

" Items #1-13 must be completed before you attend the mandatory the nursing orientation. As noted above, point #4 on the list should be done by the deadline of August 15, 2012."

The last 5 or so documents are just a read this and sign here type of things, so I would just do it now so you won't even have to worry about it. I would just do everything so they have no reason to question you. :)

All the health Clearance forms are giving me a headache.

@Kher655 : So you've completed the post test and the annual safety checklist?

All the other forms I already signed off on. These two forms I am not sure what to do exactly. The test I can maybe get answers from by looking over the reviews. Not sure about the safety checklist though.

No I haven't completed those yet. The post test I think is based on the PowerPoint presentation, I started doing them both and found some answers but I am not done. The safety checklist I think is something they are going to discuss with us at orientation. Don't stress to much over it, I am sure we will get our answers.

A friend told me that they emailed our adviser and she said just have 1-13 done before orientation.

i edited my post and deleted that part because I thought it might sound kind of mean. haha

There was this one place where it said shoe laces must be white.

That kind of confused me because what if you have black shoes.

I know they might meant that shoes laces must match shoe color. They could of wrote it that way though.

They really do need to update.

Hahaha... I didn't think you were being mean. Do you know what I just realized? We know each other, you were one of my physiology lab partners. I can't believe I just realized it... :)

For physio lab I kind of went to different ones so I am not sure exactly. I went to the morning ones and always had different lab partners.

It was me, you, preet and my friend Sierra. We were the last lab of the day. Yea we started off as lab partners and then you and preet started attending others, hopefully not because of us hahaha.

Oh hey you were the apple product lover. lol

I remember you now. NO it was because I had morning class already and stark said it was okay for me to come in a different lab if I wanted to. I just had to take my tests in the lab I was assigned to.

Hahaha yep that's me. I am so excited we got in... This next 3 years is gonna be CRAZY!!!!!!

Hopefully it won't be too crazy. I plan to study a lot. I was curious to know what kind of technology are you guys going to use for nursing school? I tend to take notes on my really really old mac pro and it helps me a lot. I was thinking about buying an ipad because of the many apps related to nursing. I am not sure yet on what to buy.

I just wanted to ask what you guys think?
