  1. $33.50- ER new grad in central California
  2. Awesome...thank you!
  3. Have you guys picked up your uniforms yet?
  4. With what part ?
  5. I use my iPad for notes and everything else... I only use paper if the professor gives a quiz or makes you hand in an assignment or something.
  6. Hahaha yep that's me. I am so excited we got in... This next 3 years is gonna be CRAZY!!!!!!
  7. It was me, you, preet and my friend Sierra. We were the last lab of the day. Yea we started off as lab partners and then you and preet started attending others, hopefully not because of us hahaha.
  8. Hahaha... I didn't think you were being mean. Do you know what I just realized? We know each other, you were one of my physiology lab partners. I can't believe I just realized it... :)
  9. No problem, and I agree they should update their website. :)
  10. No I haven't completed those yet. The post test I think is based on the PowerPoint presentation, I started doing them both and found some answers but I am not done. The safety checklist I think is something they are going to discuss with us at orientation. Don't stress to much over it, I am sure we will get our answers.
  11. I am quoting from the letter they sent: "As a condition of acceptance, you will need to complete the required background check and drug testing no later than August 15, 2012. The Department of Nursing will verify that your results are received and a final acceptance will follow. Final acceptance notices will be sent out no later than September 7, 2012. " " Items #1-13 must be completed before you attend the mandatory the nursing orientation. As noted above, point #4 on the list should be done by the deadline of August 15, 2012." The last 5 or so documents are just a read this and sign here type of things, so I would just do it now so you won't even have to worry about it. I would just do everything so they have no reason to question you. :) All the health Clearance forms are giving me a headache.
  12. Hey sorry it's taken me forever to write back been really busy at work... I am going to do my CPR through my hospital SJCH since its free... I will also be quitting my job in the next 2 months or so ( it's sad, I will like where I work) to focus on school but I may get a part time/ weekend job at the hospital ( not sure yet ). Patho was a very interesting class, do you guys know if your taking Dr. mcbride? I wish they would give us our final letters already I'm very anxious for it. And hopefully the letter will come with some more information about the program like what to expect etc. In the original letter they gave us they said that we will be added to our nursing classes sometime in next couple months. I am very excited to meet you all and wish you all the best with your people. I also hope we have a very good class and that we all bond well. It's going to be a long three years if we aren't able to rely on each other.
  13. Uh I don't think so cuz there was no med-surg book or peds or critical care... But I guess we will see :)....Patho was a good class but it was hard...I think half our class didn't pass.... Do you know anyone else that got accepted?
  14. I just went to the online bookstore and looked up our class. I already took patho so I won't be taking it, I am happy about that!
